Seeking reliable candidates with previous warehouse experience for our clients located in Cicero and Hodgkins for Lumper (loading/unloading in a cold storage environment) and line work positions. Long term, possible Temp to Hire. Requirements
* Ability to work in cold storage facility for loading / unloading / palletizing positions.
* Minimum of 6 months of experience as Lumper or line worker within the past 12 months.
* Ability to lift 70lbs for 8/10 hours.
* Ability to stand up to 12 hours.
* Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift consistently.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Reliable transportation ( Public transportation is not available for some shifts and/or locations).
* Excellent attendance history.
* Dependability, team oriented, good work ethic
* Flexibility, shift hours may change. Overtime, when scheduled is mandatory and may include working off days and/or weekends.
