Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Completed
• 0-5 years of work experience, customer service field highly preferred
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

• Use customer service skills to determine customers' reasons for delinquency and offer appropriate solutions based customers' situations
• Negotiate payment arrangements on past due accounts
• Use time management skills to balance the quantity and quality of calls made and received as well as meeting deadlines for any assigned projects
