Job Description:
Middle management position of the lending team. Will need previous experience in SBA processing and exposure to processing as well as underwriting. Will manage team of two underwriters and 6 closer/processors. Will need to review the work and be very detail oriented when it comes to the documentation of the loans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in SBA lending
- Management experience
- Detail oriented when it comes to reviewing loans
