Essential functions and responsibilities
- Performs cleaning duties to maintain private homes in a clean and healthy manner.
- Performs any combination of the following services to keep private homes clean and healthy.
- Performs all duties in an honest and safe manner; delivers quality, efficient, and courteous service.
- Performs additional project work as assigned by the Team Leader when required, such as oven/grill cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, kitchen cabinet cleaning, and wood floor cleaning.

Job Title: House Cleaners. 3 immediate positions available as we are growing and have more hours than cleaners!
Job Description:
- This is a long term, consistent, full time, year round, day job with Boise's premier housecleaning service.
- We clean homes Monday through Friday, from ~8AM to ~5PM at the Boise office (This is NOT construction clean up or janitorial).
- Come to the office, meet up with your partner, drive company cars to clean a few houses then return to the office.
Job Benefits:
- No nights, weekends or holidays. You can have a life!
- No experience needed. We offer paid training.
- Paychecks weekly.
- Paid hourly: $9/hr to start then $10+/hr after 60-90 days, then frequent performance raises. Our top cleaners make $12/hr and top trainers make $13/hr.
- Yes, we also pay for your time between houses.
- If you drive your own car for work we reimburse you per mile.
- Tips bonuses.
- Overtime available if desired.
- Paid holidays and paid vacation.
- Health/dental plan available and more

Job Requirements:
- Are you detail oriented with pride in your work?
- Can you balance quality with speed of cleaning?
- Do you have a valid driver's license?
- An insured car you can drive during work each day is preferred (but not required).
- Would you pass a background check with a clean record? (No DUIs and no theft, forgery or drug charges)
- Must be able to read basicEnglish, bilingual a plus!
- Do you have a positive attitude?
- This is a physical job; can you be active all day with light lifting (less than 20lbs)?
