Lodging Support Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Job duties:

* Handling calls from customers, assisting them with any needs, and making outbound calls when necessary

* Being capable of working independently and consistently meeting customer needs

* Receiving, researching, entering and processing information at a fast paced level

* Managing multiple software programs while conversing with clients

* Adhering to defining procedures, standards and performance expectations

Job Qualifications:

* Maintain strong vendor relations with a positive attitude and outgoing nature

* High School Diploma

* Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy

* Quickly be able to demonstrate sound judgment, while abiding to guidelines and procedures ensuring clear and concise communication

* Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced work environment and be open and flexible to changes in daily responsibilities and assignments, as needed by the business
