Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative, general and clerical support duties including file maintenance, mail distribution, telephone reception, and clerical tasks
• Maintain supply inventory, managing access requests for visitors and hires
• Receptionist for are by greeting, identifying & directing visitors; screening incoming calls, providing information and assistance as required
• Working with mail and distributions; managing fax operations, preparing routine correspondences
• Operating/maintaining various office equipment; creating and maintaining office files and records in accordance with internal procedures
• May assist with meeting scheduling and room set ups Skills:
• Minimal 1+ year experience in a clerical or administrative support role in a healthcare, managed care, insurance or medical setting
• Familiar with MS Office Suite, possess strong keyboard navigation skills, able to navigate in MS Outlook, Word, etc.
• Familiar with office equipment and operation (fax, copier, scanners)
• Must be able to collaborate with other functions and teams and be a contributor to our start-up team at this new health plan Additional Details:
• Pay Rate: $12.06 per hour
• Hours: Full Time
• Employment Type: Contract
