Earn up to $12 per hour Our client the world's largest full-service custom sign manufacturer is seeking an Inside Sales- Customer Service Representative. Join the team in the fast-paced sign industry providing marketing communication solutions for small, medium and large businesses. Previous customer service experience preferred but knowledge of the sign industry is not necessary as our client have completed on-the job training. Responsibilities:
• Consult with customers to determine their sign or graphics needs
• Provide sign and graphics recommendations and price quotes
• Coordinate with sign production and installation
• Follow-up for repeat sales
• Assist in office and business development
• General clerical duties All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. OPENCLER Skills:
• Strong computer knowledge (use and problem solving as well as familiar with Microsoft Office)
• QuickBooks knowledge and experience preferred
• Social Media - In-depth knowledge & experience in creating and working within major social networks - such in YouTube, Twitter, Face book, LinkedIn, Google + and company website development
• Office and business development - organize/manage projects
• Good math skills
