At OptumHealth, our Product Development and Management unit is looking for a Product
Analyst to join the Fitness Reimbursement team where you will manage the
reimbursement process to ensure that members who achieved their incentive
receive their expected reward on a timely basis. Additionally, you will trouble
shoot why certain members did not receive their reimbursements and implement
the appropriate resolution. This role is also responsible to provide quality
reporting, analysis, recommendations for process improvement and overall
support to the Fitness Reimbursement program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reconciliation and reporting
- 1+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices utilizing accepted project methodology
- Ability to utilize MS Excel to provide data entry, sorting, project tracking within tables/reports, ability to utilize basic formulas
- 1+ years of experience analyzing market campaign data
- Previous experience with MS Visio to create flow charts
- Previous experience or knowledge in health care wellness plans/products
- Knowledge of the health club/gym industry is a plus
