Position Description:

Application Services Group, Enterprise Technology Services Group and the IT

Primary
Responsibilities:
- Perform system analysis, analyzing logs and configuration with WebSphere
- Triage of trouble tickets
- Maintain build and deployment environments
- Act as interface between development team and enterprise
infrastructure teams - Periodic 24x7 on call pager duties (currently 1 week on primary
pager every 17 weeks) - Troubleshoot applications and infrastructure as issues and defects
occur - Coordinate of infrastructure changes and upgrades
- Primary day time first tier support for enterprise application
development group
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- US Citizenship and a willingness to apply for NAC clearance
- 3+ years of experience analyzing logs and configuration with WebSphere
- 2+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) /System Development Life Cycle
- 1+ years of experience with Incident mitigation to triage trouble tickets
- 1+ years of experience within an UNIX on Linux/AIX servers
- 1+ years of experience with WebSphere MQ JMS
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain favorable
adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 .
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience with UNIX scripting
- Previous experience working with BigData
- Previous experience working with HPSM
- Previous experience DataBase experience MySQL/DB2
As
a requirement of UnitedHealth Group's contract with the Department of Defense, this
position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication
following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 ,
(the National Agency Check or “NACâ€).
Successful completion of the NAC process is a requirement for continued
employment in this role. NAC processing
will be initiated by our TRICARE Security Officer post-offer, and can take 3-6
months for a final decision communication from the Department of Defense. Candidates will be allowed to begin
employment with UnitedHealth Group in this role based on an interim clearance,
and final results will be communicated as they are received. Failure to obtain final NAC approval will
result in termination from this role.
