We have a full-time opening for a Warehouse Supervisor - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:









Responsible for daily operational management of a National Distribution Center (NDC) while supporting operational requirements of assigned warehouse location. Support may include on-shift management when needed, guidance to solve problems and issues as they arise, and ensuring compliance to all policies and procedures. Manage safety programs for the distribution center and ensure all safety programs are followed.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:










• Provides supervision and direction to all shifts to assure focus and achievement of plant and company goals.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling operating budget for the distribution center.
• Work with Manager, DC & Fabrication to develop capital spending plans and budgets. Works with Distribution Operations, Manager to drive improvements in the service to direct customers as well as distribution centers in the network.
• Involved in employee hiring process as needed.
• Perform on-site audits to ensure fulfillment of company policies, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Involved in lease negotiations as needed.
• Understanding of customer requirements and ability to implement requirements in house while driving continuous improvements in operations labor utilization.
• Provide insight and participation into continuous improvements.
• Determine corrective action response to failures arising through the Distribution Center.
• Provide monthly warehouse/ shift updates.
