About this job
This person will be retrieving voicemails for the company. They will be doing this every hour and it will take about a half hour to get through them. They will take down any information and pass it on to the correct person. They will also be going through the company email doing the same thing. Checking on orders, returns, if an order is broken, etc. then getting that information in the right hands. This person has to be open to doing multiple duties as they are very busy right now due to the holidays. Orders are usually 400-500 and now they are at 900-1200 so everyone is chipping in where needed.
