repairing, troubleshooting, modifying and testing defective, damaged, or worn out assemblies AND
communicating actions to the Repair Coordinator AND maintaining documentation

MAINTAINS DOCUMENTATION by: completing accurate records on forms provided by the Repair Coordinator AND detailing service provided on said forms

WORKS TO IDENTIFY MANUFACTURING INEFFICIENCIES by: reporting any discrepancies found in the manufacturing process that could reduce or eliminate returned materials

WORKS TO MEET MANUFACTURING GOALS by: providing manufacturing support during peak production times

MAINTAINS SAFE AND HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT by: following organization standards and legal regulations

CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT by: welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.

AS degree from accredited college or university in electronics or related technical field desired; equivalent combination of technical education, certifications and experience may be substituted.
0-3 Years or more directly involved in troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical-electrical systems and equipment to the component level
Able to read and understand schematics
Ability to lift 45 lbs. independently, and 100 lbs. in a two-person lift
Must have proven meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to self-direct and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Manual dexterity including fine motor skills
Travel up to 20%
