Physician / Healthcare Recruiter - Full-time / Part-time

Currently seeking for a strategic sourcer to source and recruit Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Must have full cycle recruitment and sourcing experience.

• Collaborates with hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.
• Runs ads in periodicals, newspapers. Mines internet sites using intermediate sourcing techniques. May solicit and receiving funding for recruitment strategy efforts.
• Coordinates, represents and participates in recruitment events as required to fill open positions and maintain prospect relationships.
• Provides technical guidance and leadership to more junior level talent acquisition team.
• Serves as a senior project team member on staffing projects.

Requirements

• 4 years experience in recruiting and placement of exempt staff; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Requires a BA degree
