About this job

The Recruiter will be responsibile for recruiting Medical Center pesonnel as assigned and will conducts and coordinates all employment activities prior to start date. The Recruiter will also be required to perform the following functions:

-Collaborates with Director, HR and Supervisor to develop specific recruiting plans to meet organizational goals and initiative business plans.
-Performs recruitment functions to include screening, interview, follow-up phone calls, reference checks, verification of salary recommendation and licensure and provides oversignt of non-nursing recruit staff.
-Facilitates promotions and transfers by coordinating the process, counseling employees regarding available opportunites in the Medical Center,
and assuring all documentation is reviewed and complete.
-Utilizes statistical data and other information as required on matters of recruitment, turnover and related employment activities to facilitate
recruitment process.
-Communicates with hiring supervisors at all levels on a regular basis regarding employment needs, problems and status of recruitment process.
-Coordinates with Supervisor to assure all documentation related to the employment process is complete and accurate in accordance with HR and Medical Center policy, all state and federal regulations.
-Develops and maintains professional relationships with college placement offices and community organizations and other entities. Schedules and attends job/career fairs to attract qualified applicants.
