Primary Responsibilities:



  • Manage a portfolio of 5-7 primary care physician practices, meeting with them on a weekly basis

  • Install processes to improve member care, population health and affordability of care

  • Train the practices on technology that aid in improving member care, population health and affordability of care

  • Will install processes regarding member contact

  • Utilize data and technology for member statistic information

  • Train physician practices in regards to member contact

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree OR RN with 5+ years clinical nursing experience

  • 2+ years healthcare industry experience

  • Experience working with databases, Access or large Excel spreadsheets required

  • Strong oral presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication

  • Comfortable presenting to peers and leadership

 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with physician medical record and scheduling systems

  • Medicaid knowledge/experience

  • Experience working for health insurer

  • Master's degree in healthcare related discipline
