This role is responsible for providing strategic planning support by organizing, directing and assisting in the implementation of programs to ensure growth, revenue and/or customer experience objectives are met. Drive strategies and performance improvement with Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents, Directors and cross-functional teams that support a best in class organization and make T-Mobile the carrier of choice. Critical liaison to enterprise-wide business initiatives focused on enhancing sales and operational efficiencies through program support including data collection, analysis, problem and solutions identification, root cause remediation, communications, change management and presentation to upper management.   • Responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President and interacting with the Vice President/Director leadership teams to drive program completion and overall success as defined by the business case or leader's expectations
  • Provide strategic guidance by identifying, evaluating and analyzing critical priorities by partnering with teams to gather program information
  • Advise the Senior Vice President of opportunities on specific programs based on individual involvement and observations, and be a catalyst for action by identifying necessary changes and driving next steps until issue is resolved
  • Identify and propose solutions regarding obstacles or issues while understanding their financial impact on the business and experience for our customers and/or employees
  • Find innovative approaches and solutions to problems; Simplify and communicate complex problems through clear communication, useful tools and precise metrics that the field can execute, take action on or drive changes in behavior
  • Perform a leading role on diverse projects and support the implementation of programs which ensure attainment of business objectives such as growth, revenue and customer experience
  • Identify and participate in the development of sales programs and procedural improvements such as new labor standards and scheduling enhancements
  • Develop standardization and best practices for field sales impacting programs such as quota setting, workforce management and operational practices
  • Serve as a consulting and subject matter expert on enterprise-wide projects by adding value and identifying gaps to drive a better outcome through knowledge and experiences
  • Act as a conduit of current information and feedback between Senior Vice President and department leaders by planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals from beginning to end
  • Construct executive-level (SLT) presentations and present complex information from multiple departments and reporting sources in a clear, concise and decision-impacting manner
  • Analyze multifaceted data from retail reporting or provided from finance, and interpret in a way that is precise, methodical and accurate so that Senior Vice President can understand key takeaways
  • Facilitate productive strategic discussions, leadership meetings and planning sessions to ensure the purpose and objectives are met
  • Compose Senior Vice President communication and recognition to the entire Field Sales & Operations organization; Drive metric methodology, track data and analyze final results
  • Foster professional growth and mentoring in others through best practice sharing, development or feedback such as challenging others to think strategically and drive results


Minimum Required
  • Five years' experience in sales and operations environment
  • Significant business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience of store operations, employee roles, sales behaviors, customer experience and overall in-store environment
  • Exceptional presentation skills that share both qualitative and quantitative information
  • Strong project management, execution, implementation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated pattern of thinking and acting strategically with an innovative, yet analytical approach to problem solving without much supervision or direction
  • Proven ability to develop and produce reports from existing systems and multiple sources, consolidate and evaluate results, create a comprehensive illustration and make suggestions based on observations
  • Flexible, team player with a positive attitude towards internal and external customer experience
  • Track record of personal initiative in a rapidly changing environment while regularly communicating with Senior Vice President and their leadership team
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple different work streams without sacrificing quality or strategy perspective
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of common business applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Basic knowledge of business data reporting, hierarchy reporting, SQL and Business Objects
Highly Preferred:
  • Workforce management experience (labor methodologies, labor reporting, right person right place right time)
  • Experience maintaining Kronos org and system configuration changes
  • Micro-strategy experience
  • Visual Studio experience
