This Position Is Located At T-Mobile's Corporate Offices in Bellevue, WAThis is not a Sales Position.This is not software development position.This position is responsible for leading Marketing Campaign Operations Teams who drive end-to-end campaign development through execution for their business area of accountability (churn and customer experience, prepaid and partner brands, B2B). The position is specifically responsible for overseeing and ensuring that campaigns launch on time, with high quality, and deliver on business objectives. Activities supported include program management of all go-to-market marketing activities (e.g. frontline and channel readiness, legal approvals, customer experience, creative development and delivery), consulting on campaign design (channel selection, segmentation) with strategic marketing counterparts, list development (segmentation, test design), campaign deployment, and post-launch monitoring and refinement. Essential Functions
  • Manages teams of CRM Marketing operational managers spanning business, project management, and technical/builder functions.
  • Executes to team KPIs and drives accountabilities and action plans to ensure consistent achievement: campaign quality, campaign launch timeliness, campaign execution best practices scorecard, campaign results % of goal attainment, stakeholder satisfaction
  • Provides 'client-services' consultation with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities, provide updates on campaign status including risks and mitigations, and ensure that teams are meeting expectations re: campaign execution and results delivery
  • Performs resource management oversight to marketing campaign teams, shifting resources across teams based on activity level and business priorities to drive optimal
  • Identifies capability and process improvement recommendations for handoff to Shared Services team for execution and delivery
  • Manages and provides leadership, mentoring, coaching, and career development planning for team.


QualificationsMinimum Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM or customer campaigns including both business/marketing and operations/execution exposure. Can include client or agency assignments.
  • 6+ years of leading teams in operational and project execution. Must include some management of technical resources (programming, list generation)
  • 4+ years of experience working with advertising / marketing campaign management systems spanning workflow, list generation and segmentation, and deployment. Experience can include hands-on or managing teams using system.
  • Strong partnering and communications skills - both oral and written - and proven ability to manage in client/services environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to perform creative problem solving and operating with imperfect information.
Desired:
  • 4+ years of experience managing Churn, B2B and/or Prepaid campaigns
  • 4+ years of wireless, cable, or subscription-based industry experience
  • Systems or data warehouse experience
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree. Business or related field
  • MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
