We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Dispatcher/Customer Service.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Customer Service / Dispatch. Take inbound calls from customers and route information to field representatives. Associate will need excellent customer service skills and needs to be very organized. Client prefers previous dispatch experience. Associate must have professional demeanor and learn quickly. Experience in Global Edge software for dispatching calls would be helpful, but not necessary. Must work closely with team of two other office employees as well as the supervisor. Client is looking for a team player to join their busy office. Monday through Friday. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
