Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join their team. The position would entail pulling orders and following up with customers on the status of their orders.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
• Previous sales experience
• Previous Materials Requirements Planning experience
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Able to multi-task and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
