Food/Quality LineTechnician - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Scientific is currently hiring a Food Quality Assurance Line Technician for a large Food Manufacturing Plant.

Position will include being Responsible for monitoring the process of product being manufactured and to ensure that the quality of the product is not compromise at any point of the manufacturing process to ensure food safety, this included mixing of the raw materials, processing, and packaging of finish product.Responsibility of the QA Technician will include pre-operational and post-operational inspection, microbiological sampling, record keeping, line checks(metal detector, product temperature, box weights), product specification checks which will include checking fat, moisture and salt content. Other responsibilities will also include third party audits, clerical and raw material vendor issues and claims.

One years QA experience in food processing

Education: Minimum High School Education, Associates degree in Science a plus

Shift will vary, must be flexible.
