Job Responsibilities/Skills:
- Responsible for all aspects of sales and operations of the studio and achieving financial objectives.
- Manage and develop a team of associates, coach exceptional photography techniques and handle employee relations and customer issues.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures according to company policy, and ensure that scheduling is conducive to business needs.
- Ensure that exceptional customer service is given top priority.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, have a passion for learning portrait photography and have some experience in the service industry (i.e. retail, tourism, hospitality, etc.)
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment and work well with children as well as adults.

Requirements

- Experience working with young children and their parents.
- Strong sales knowledge and skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professional photography experiences a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate composure under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including required nights and weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with intranet/internet navigation.
- Must have reliable transportation (Normally the bank is a 20-30 minute round-trip).
- Must be 18 years of age.
