SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with field operations or residential installation a plus.

SUMMARY

Responsible for supervising a group of geographically distributed Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) that assess the completed work of internal and or contracted DISH Network technicians. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and guidelines.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the work of assigned Quality Assurance Specialists.
  • Responsible for providing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to senior management, including metrics, performance, compliance, and business reviews.
  • Responsible for partnering with the Regional Account Manager of  third party business partners, Manager of Training and Quality, and Regional Manager of Training and Quality to establish long term growth and development of assigned  territories and their improved performance
  • Responsible for partnering with internal and external partners (in person/conference calls) to strategically improve relationship and performance metrics.
  • Frequently conducts ride-alongs with assigned direct reports; Performs periodic tool, truck, and inventory audits.
  • Ensures 100% satisfaction to customers by enforcing DISH Network standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Train new and existing Quality Assurance Specialists and partners; ensuring all quality metrics are being reported and strategic plans to improve are implemented.
  • Provide weekly training and ongoing certification to Quality Assurance Specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with various state, local, and federal government guidelines and regulations, including safety/OSHA.
