Break Time convenience stores are looking for a Store Manager that will be friendly, helpful, honest and responsible.

MFA Oil Company operates Break Time convenience stores in Missouri and Arkansas. Our clean, friendly stores feature Top Tier gasoline, Roasters Cafe coffee and cappuccino, fresh Dashboard Diner sandwiches and a wide variety of drinks, snacks and convenience items.

A Break Time Manager provides fast, friendly service to all Break Time customers. This position is expected to perform all operational duties necessary to keep Break Time stores clean and well merchandised and follows all company policies and procedures to ensure proper and efficient operation. Manager will be responsible for running convenience store in accordance with company policy and procedures to ensure maximum sales and profitability.

What will you do each day?

• Manage store and assume full responsibility for operation.
• Meet or exceed the store budget in terms of sales, inside profit margins, & cost control goals.
• Handle customer relations in an efficient and courteous manner while providing maximum customer satisfaction.
• Communicate efficiently and professionally while maintaining adequate staff and schedule.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures within store while maintaining optimum safety and security.
• Interview, select, and hire store sales associates. Conduct periodic performance evaluations.
• Work with other team members to encourage sales and ensure excellent customer service
• Stand for long stretches of time as well as, reach, stoop, move, squat, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
