We are looking for individuals who are driven and have weekend availability. You'll gather lead information and help warehouse members feel that they have made the right choice in going forth with Installations by DC's Window Fashions program by educating them on what IBDC provides in the window covering business. You will work both at an individual and team level by reporting to our headquarters via e-mail in Downers Grove, IL.
Warehouse Locations: Glenview, Mettawa (Lake Forest area), Lake Zurich, Mt. Prospect, Melrose Park, Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Oakbrook, North Riverside
Critical requirements the ideal candidate would bring to the job in order to be successful:
* Be able to stand on concrete floors on an anti-fatigue mat for four to six hours
* Experience with lead generation is a plus
* Clean cut professional appearance
* Must be outgoing and comfortable approaching members to book appointments
* Positive attitude is a must, no negative attitudes!
* Able to work independently and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
* Intermediate computer skills
* Reliable transportation, cellular telephone, and a computer are a must.
Benchmarks and skills of current top performers:
* Plug into weekly conference calls
* Utilize companies online CRM (Customer Relations Manager) to log leads
* Be able to approach members to create appointments
* Sales driven and goal oriented
Scheduled Days/Shifts available: Thursday 9:30am-8:30pm, Friday9:30am-8:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm, Sunday 9:30am-6:00pm
**We are able to schedule around school schedules!**
Compensation: $12/hour plus bonus incentive opportunities
