We have a full-time opening for a Machinist III.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements
Staffmark is seeking qualified Machinists with a minimum of 3-5 years experience with CNC/MILL/Lathe operation.
This is a full time 2nd shift opportunity in the Mt. Pleasant area.
Hours: 2:00 pm-10:30pm Monday- Friday
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
•Read blueprints an use gages to produce quality parts according to standard operating procedures.
•Perform machining operations to include, but not limited to chucking, unchucking, loading and unloading, selection of tooling and replacement of tooling.
•Perform first piece inspection and notify management of discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and any personal injuries.
•Perform complex adjustments to existing CNC programs an manual set-ups.
•Manufacture a variety of product mixes as directed by production needs.
•Creation of basic CNC programs.
•Other duties as assigned based on business needs
