Are you a Master's level Program Director with a passion for quality services for At Risk Youth and Individuals with Developmental Disabilities? We want to hear from you! This role leads an amazing team of professionals serving ~47 Consumers in our Savannah area program.


Georgia MENTOR, having served the ARY and DD population in Georgia for over 20 years, is seeking a Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations. Join this amazing team of professionals working within triad teams to provide services throughout the Savannah area.

  • Oversee overall program quality, licensing, and reporting, ensuring Network standards are met.

  • Implement program incident management protocols; ensure timely incident reporting and implementation of corrective action.

  • Oversee program health and safety procedures for both individuals receiving services, and for employees.

  • Maintain program compliance with Network and regulatory standards for clean, neat, safe living and working environments; ensure pleasant, age-appropriate, well-decorated home-like residential living environments; and notify maintenance personnel of items requiring attention.

  • Provide leadership, including supervision of Program staff.

  • Collaborate with HR in all employee issues: employee practices; safety and workers’ compensation programs; recommend and assist with hiring, performance management, and involuntary terminations; provide employee orientation and training.

  • Maintain licensing and compliance for all program services and supports.

This position is located in Savannah, Georgia.

Qualifications
  • Masters’ degree in Social Services (i.e.social work, psychology) required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Social Services with 3 years of supervision/management experience.

  • Demonstrated success with effectively managing diverse teams

  • Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with community partners and licensing agencies.

  • Exceptional relationship management skills; effective communication skills with an ability to motivate people

  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to respond to changing priorities.
