Are you a Master's level Program Director with a passion for quality services for At Risk Youth and Individuals with Developmental Disabilities? We want to hear from you! This role leads an amazing team of professionals serving ~47 Consumers in our Savannah area program.
Georgia MENTOR, having served the ARY and DD population in Georgia for over 20 years, is seeking a Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations. Join this amazing team of professionals working within triad teams to provide services throughout the Savannah area.
Oversee overall program quality, licensing, and reporting, ensuring Network standards are met.
Implement program incident management protocols; ensure timely incident reporting and implementation of corrective action.
Oversee program health and safety procedures for both individuals receiving services, and for employees.
Maintain program compliance with Network and regulatory standards for clean, neat, safe living and working environments; ensure pleasant, age-appropriate, well-decorated home-like residential living environments; and notify maintenance personnel of items requiring attention.
Provide leadership, including supervision of Program staff.
Collaborate with HR in all employee issues: employee practices; safety and workers’ compensation programs; recommend and assist with hiring, performance management, and involuntary terminations; provide employee orientation and training.
Maintain licensing and compliance for all program services and supports.
This position is located in Savannah, Georgia.
QualificationsMasters’ degree in Social Services (i.e.social work, psychology) required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Social Services with 3 years of supervision/management experience.
Demonstrated success with effectively managing diverse teams
Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with community partners and licensing agencies.
Exceptional relationship management skills; effective communication skills with an ability to motivate people
Strong organizational skills, with ability to respond to changing priorities.
