REM Ohio is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of programs in the eastern Cleveland suburbs area. Program Directors have the responsibility to ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff. In addition, the Director becomes a pivotal member of an interdisciplinary team of professionals guiding services and supports to the people on their caseload.

Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities or a related field are required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred plus two to three years of experience in the human services industry
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
• For the State of Arizona, Behavior Health programs must meet BHT requirements
