Manpower is immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives for a thriving Scranton Area Company! Paid Training in their beautiful, spacious National Operations Center to begin with the next few weeks. Training pay rate for these long-term Temporary to Hire opportunities is $10.50/hr. Pay rate increases to $12.00/hr. upon completion of the 6-week training program. Great opportunity to learn valuable information about the rapidly growing Healthcare Insurance Industry. Hours of training are 8:00 - 5:00. Upon completion of training you will be assigned an (8) hour shift starting between the hours of 9:00 am - 11:30 am. Alternative shift may be selected after seniority is established. The Customer Service Representative assists healthcare subscribers with enrollment and assists with other healthcare insurance related questions. There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend overtime during peak season.
