Required to interact with clients over the phone; possessing good soft phone skills. Take call back transfers and record information from the client into a word or excel Log. Ability to consolidate data if needed. Assist assigned team with general clerical duties. Prepares fax cover letters and faxes documents as needed. One year of experience as a clerk; Experience with all MS-Office applications;

Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual Skills are preferred but not required.
6 months to 2 years of call center preferred!
