This person is then responsible for the overall management of all MetroPCS, Inc. owned retail stores in the market. This is a direct retail sales management position with additional responsibilities for new store build outs, store relocations, local marketing activities, etc. This person will also ensure the proper execution of the sales, KPIs plans as we as operational controls. They will be responsible for all facets of the operations of the retail stores and personnel.

Essential Functions
  • Be the sales leader for this channel. This includes meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives, proper forecasting and ensuring that the resources are available to meet these goals.
  • Provide input into the strategic planning process for this channel.
  • Provide financial/management reporting as designed to support company requirements. Develop store forecasts and budgets as required.
  • Ensure that the retail stores are staffed, trained and scheduled to the approved levels to meet customer traffic demands. This requires skills in recruiting, selection, hiring,training and payroll management.
  • Provide management, oversight, direction, and motivation to store staff/management to build a cohesive, positive team environment.
  • Ensure store operations meet company standards and expectations.


Minimum Required
  • Minimum 5 years of multi unit retail management experience
  • Requires knowledge of consumer sales management preferably in a wireless industry
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills for application with internal staff management and externally with customers and vendors.
  • Requires sufficient time in the field to understand the dynamics of our offering and be able to make those suggestions to maximize our sales opportunity and cost productivity.
