Title:  Outbound Sales Representative- DirecTV Win back Program

 

#1 Objective:  To call ex-DirecTV customers and “win-back” their business.  They left DirecTV due to various reasons, including, moving, budget reasons, etc.

Your specific duties will include:

  1. Making 80 – 120 daily calls to ex-DirecTV customers
  2. Selling cable, internet services, and promotions to win back customers
  3. Inputting relevant call information into PC.   Processing new sales orders
  4. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas/goals.
  5. Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer requires

 

Skills required:

  1. Minimum of six months experience doing high volume consultative sales within the last two years.  Consultative sales involve meeting sales quotas, understanding a selling cycle/process, earning commissions/bonuses, and upselling.  It also involves taking rejection. 
  2. Minimum of six months call center experience within the last two years.
  3. PC familiarity and proficient typing skills- 25 wpm.
  4. Strong, savvy technical skills and know what satellite television is.
  5. Must be very articulate and professional

 

SHIFTS: FULL-TIME DAY/EVENING

Full-time shifts ONLY: 40 HOURS per week.

Hours of operation are 8am to 1am Monday thru Friday.

Scheduled are determine on business need.   

Must work every other Saturday 10am to 6pm.

 

Breaks:  Two paid 15-minute breaks.  Break rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, vending, lounge areas, phones, and smoking/cell phone areas.

 TRAINING:Training- 4 weeks. 

Starts Monday-Friday, and will most likely be 2:00pm – 10:30pm, but you must be flexible and available in case that changes.

Two weeks of classroom training.  Comprehensive product knowledge on all DirecTV products and services, CRM, phone system, and client database training.  Role playing and shadowing with experienced reps. 

COMPENSATION:

Outbound Residential DirecTV Win Back:

$11.00hr + bonuses

Hourly pay and bonuses are paid every two weeks.

Average rep earns $14/hr.  Top reps earn $20/hr. 

30 days after converting to S&P Data payroll you receive FREE Direct TV in your home.

Purchase of your own headset, 2 payroll deductions of $40
