RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for special projects, supporting team members and providing high quality telephone and email customer service to customers
Resolving inquiries, providing account information, resolving or referring disputes, correcting payment errors, account maintenance, and researching customer problems
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service and communication skills especially writing skills
Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products
Ability to solve problems rapidly
Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software
Professional telephone demeanor and professional writing
Accounts Payable background is nice to have
