The Baker position is one of the focal points of our restaurant. He/She should demonstrate a friendly attitude, smiling face, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. This position includes duties such baking cookies, cakes, bars, brownies, and other seasonal baked items. Recipe implementation is a must.
As the Baker you will follow a prep list each day given by the GM. The Baker interacts closely with the GM and the cashiers. This is a high volume and fun atmosphere for the right candidate.
Baker Duties:
* Follow direction from the GM
* Icings, fillings, and toppings
* Baking Cakes and Cookies
* Quick learner in scratch made desserts
* Responsible for clean up and set up duties
* Act as a cashier during lunch
* Stocks Bakery case and assures quality
Job Requirements:
* Flexible schedule
* 6 Day work week
* Must be available all days leading into Holidays
