Title: Administrative Assistant
Status: Full-time employee
Work location: NASHVILLE TN --

Functions as the day to day customer services representative for a primary direct business account and the partners that are related from that account. Provide customer service assistance to secondary accounts as required.

Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring total client satisfaction
* Answering technical support and product usage calls
* Recommending solutions to technical issues
* Coordinating with Operations team to ensure shipment of parts to applicable retail centers or partner locations
* Escalate major problem or issue to VP Sales & Marketing
* Document all client contacts using established processes and methods
* Provide periodic reports on customer service interaction
* May assist in pre-sales activities by providing pre-sales assistance to sales team during either remote or local sales presentations
* May deliver client training on an as needed basis -- remotely through product tutorials or locally, if needed
* May provide project coordination assistance to client that are involved in large scale product implementation efforts

Required:
* Excellent telephone skills
* Ability to follow directions, processes and methodologies
* Excellent written skills
* Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
* Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus (for inventory), or other inventory system
* CRM experience a plus
* 4 year degree preferred
