Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Program Lead. The Program Lead demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area, business segment, or customer project.
Headway's Program Leads utilize their experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for the project, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
As a Headway Program Lead, you will:
• Conduct internal project meetings to announce updates on an as needed basis.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients
• Act as a liaison between Client, team, management to make sure that everyone remains in the loop and on the same page.
• Prioritize, coordinate and execute higher-level projects/administrative tasks with big-picture thinking in mind, while working under tight deadlines
• Ensure project documents and processes are complete, current and followed accordingly.
• Track all project deliverables
• Create, monitor, and execute client specific project plans to meet the ever changing needs and requirements
• Address client concerns and ensure resolution of issues in a timely manner with the appropriate follow-up
• Perform client specific training on Headway's tools, techniques and processes.
• Monitor the customer for feedback and insure resources are applied to program to meet commitments
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all project stakeholders including Senior Leadership
• Proactively identify accounts which may be at risk from a revenue and/or service delivery standpoint and make suggestions for improvement
• Manage existing and grow new client relationships
This job will be a great fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree from 4 year college or university
• Think strategically, mitigate risk and experience with change management
• Are able to interface at all levels, both internally and externally
• Commit to customer satisfaction through planning, timely and professional communication, and intelligent problem-solving.
• Have advance working knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Office Suite
• Fearlessly meet deadlines across simultaneous project and thrive in a fast-pace environment
• Embody strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Have some recruiting experience
• Demonstrate integrity and believe in the vision of our company at Headway
