About this job


A Customer Service Advisor greets the customers as they drive onto the lot, presenting oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations. Their goal is to create repeat customers by presenting services in a way that results in trust and sales. Customer Service Advisors also provide under the hood services as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Enjoy face-to-face interaction with the public
  • Work outside, even in extreme conditions
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Evaluate customers’ needs
  • Master products, services, and company knowledge
  • Work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Have an up-beat personality and are not afraid to smile!

Experience:

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience is a plus but will consider energetic, hardworking, career oriented individuals. We will teach you each of the technical skills you need to know in order to perform these car care services as well as how to provide world class Customer Service during our on-the-job training program.
