We are currently seeking candidates for Production Associate positions in the Jacksonville, FL area for a major seafood distribution facility!
Your pay and shift for the Production Associate will be:
Pay Rate: 1st shift $7.79 per hour, 2nd shift $8.79 per hour
Shift/Hours: 1st shift 6:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Thursday,
2nd shift 4:00pm to 12:00am Sunday - Thursday
As a Production Associate you will:
- Receive packaging products into production area.
- Unpack bulk product.
- Prepare product for packaging
- Position product in packaging.
- Use a manual or electric scale to accurately weigh product portions.
- Use machinery to package product.
- Inspect finished product for quality.
In this Production Associate role you should have:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior distribution/warehouse/manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Work with a strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Adhere to quality control standards and strict sanitary and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in temperatures of 40 to 45 degrees
