Contract Inside Sales Representative needed for a contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in College Park, GA.
Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Ability to generate new revenue through client interaction, product intelligence and maintain an awareness of a customer's concerns to be able to provide solid solutions
- Analytical skills to monitor account trends, forecast department sales and accurately communicate pricing
- Highly engaging and professional communication style
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase overall revenue
- Providing customer service by addressing customer questions, identifying situations to upsell and monitoring the entire sales process to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
- Collecting data to properly maintain inventory levels, updating the ERP software to track all business activity and strategizing creatively to meet or exceed performance KPI's
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- At least three (3) years of previous sales experience
- Interpersonal savvy
- Willingness to travel to client sites
