General Manager

Schedule: Available to work every shift including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. Managers might work long hours to compensate for scheduling issues, and may have to change their work schedule on short notice.

Employer is looking for an individual that is organized and performs well under pressure, enjoys working with food and have strong customer service skills. The ideal applicant will have experience as a shift leader and be interested in staying with the company for at least a year. The general manager keeps the store up to standard in regards to cleanliness, customer service, and quality of products.

Job responsibilities include the following:

• Performing all regular crew member and shift leader duties
• Make decisions and handle any issues that arise
• Hire and train new employees
• Create schedules
• Maintaining standards with employees
• Track inventory and food costs weekly and submit to corporate
• Place orders weekly orders to replace inventory
• Being available to handle any issues that come up
• Deposit money in the bank and keeping the register stocked with change
• Submit biweekly payroll with labor cost to Naomi Hancock
• Respond to customer comments and complaints
• Attend weekly corporate meetings to discuss performance, marketing and needs
• Keep themselves and crew to high standards of cleanliness
• Keep themselves and crew to high standards of product quality
• Keep themselves and crew to high standards of customer service

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to direct others
• Must be able to provide their own transportation to and from work
• Must be able to follow all safety procedures
• Must be able to handle high pressure situations
• Must have good communications skills
• Must have good decision making skills
• Must have good leadership skills
• Prefer people with management experience
