STORE MANAGERS
The Store Manager oversees the daily operation of the store. They are responsible for providing Total Customer Satisfaction by ensuring:
- All applicants are interviewed and properly screened
- All employees are trained properly and treated fairly
- Store is properly staffed to meet customer demand
- Employees are motivated to deliver excellent customer service
- Customer concerns are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Store image meets company standards
- Appropriate federal, state, and local laws and regulations are enforced
- Store is adequately stocked with fresh merchandise
- Marketing programs and layouts are implemented
- All safety and security procedures are followed
Administratively and financially, the Store Manager ensures:
- timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork
- inventory and cash are within company guidelines labor within established guidelines
- other expenses within established guidelines
- merchandise and gasoline sales are maximized
- budgeted results are achieved
