In this consultative role with our inbound phone center team you ' ll speak with residential customers, assess their needs, and convey the full range of Time Warner Cable Services (high speed data, digital telephone, cable television, wireless, and bundles.)You ' ll discuss current marketing options, guide customers to a confident choice, and achieve personal/company revenue targets. No cold calling involved!
Candidates must be focused, quick learners, and easy conversationalists, with a noticeable passion for customer care. Must understand performance based compensation structures, be able to learn/execute sales technique and handle conflict, and have some related sales, marketing or customer service experience. If you meet these qualifications, and are willing to work in a fast- paced setting on a flexible schedule, you can do very well here.
