Painter

The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is currently seeking a professional, motivated and hardworking painter. This full-time temporary position is for a renovation project of the Main Manor building lasting one year to start with potential to work into a full time regular position for the right person. This position provides sealing and finishing work to the interior and exterior of the Manor buildings along with preventative maintenance and other non-painting maintenance tasks and duties as assigned. Formal technical training may be required and/or a minimum of one to two years of experience with maintenance related painting projects. Must have good references, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check and have current OR driver license able to be insurable under the Manor insurance carrier.
