Essential job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-To continually review and improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of the company's Mission Statement and Values.
-Manage and ensure effective levels of communication between Sales Personnel, Chico Order Processing and regional delivery services.
-Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
-Ensure that all of the company's inventory control processes are followed.
-Responsible for overall regional sales documentation accuracy.
-Regular meetings with senior regional management, service management and regional Sales Executives for the purpose of
continually driving operational excellence.
-Supervise and coach designated administrative personnel.
-Responsible, along with senior regional management to develop a quarterly customer Account Review schedule and oversee the preparation, by others, of all data to be used by Account Executives on their client’s scheduled reviews. Ensure that Review Completion Recaps are timely prepared by Sales Executives and archived in Sales Force.
