This Network Program Consultant is a key team member leading and participating in projects driving affordability and quality initiatives.  The role performs network and plan analysis and will  obtain, verify, analyze and communicate data as required. The Consultant will develop and deliver presentations on initiatives to senior leadership. Other responsibilities may also include making recommendations regarding use, expansion, selection of networks for various products based on that data. 


 


This position is required to be office based in Eden Prairie, MN.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them

  • Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues

  • Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions

  • Perform complex conceptual analyses

  • May lead functional or segment teams or projects

  • Provide explanations and information to others on the most complex issues

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of data analysis experience

  • 4+ years of experience in a role using financial skills

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience

  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations on complex material

  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in a PBM

  • Previous work experience requiring interaction with and presentations to an Executive Leadership Team

  • Ability to work in fast paced, frequently changing environment

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with contract reimbursement methodologies

  • Analysis of large data sets; healthcare, claim, network etc.

  • Excellent communication skills required including ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership

  • Undergraduate or higher level degree
