Primary
Responsibilities:




  • Perform outreach calls to members to conduct health risk assessments
  • Maintain an accurate account of contacted members and received data for comparisons
  • Perform outreach calls to conduct a satisfaction survey for performance measures
  • Conduct ICT Disciplinary meetings, take minutes and maintain an accurate log
  • Answer the telephone ACD line
  • Assist case managers with mailing educational material
  • Sorts all incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail
  • Readdresses undeliverable mail bearing incomplete or incorrect address
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings
  • Participate in scheduled in-service for different disciplines
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be fluent and bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Must be able to navigate Windows PC applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience working within the Healthcare Industry.
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Professional experience in a Clerical or Administrative support related role.
