Primary Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate clinical, pharmacy and specialty benefit related medical cost initiatives. Work with business owners to evaluate the return on investment of initiatives, support business owners through capital and SG&A investment requests, and validate savings with HCE partners.

  • Develop understanding of initiatives, interventions and become subject matter expert within finance team

  • Develop ad hoc medical reporting and presentations for senior management

  • Analyze affordability results for clinical business owners and compared to original business cases, produce submission files to incorporate into reporting package and identify trends and staging of savings throughout the year.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent degree

  • 1+ year of Finance experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to present information in format for Leadership

  • Willingness to dig into the lowest level of data in order to identify root causes

  • Healthcare industry experience
