Marketing Merchandising Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Norwalk CT.

- Must have Display experience - either corrugated medium or permanent displays or both.

What You'll Be Doing:
- This individual will need to be able to develop fresh and compelling ways to showcase products in a functional and practical manner, while creating a dynamic and friendly brand experience for all retail customers. This person will have daily interactions with internal teams as well as outside vendors and creative agencies.
- Partner with the Director of In-store Merchandising to deliver seasonal event merchandising displays that strategically reinforces the consumer facing language, is synergistic across multiple media, supports the retail environment and meets budget guidelines
- Manage multiple structural and graphic projects across snack and bakery brands for grocery and alternative channel execution prioritize workflow to meet deadlines, manage budgets and ensure quality in-store execution
- Key driver in managing the ISM master timeline and communication materials.
- Sales Presentations and rendering Support such as Meeting in a Box iPort and The Farm. Support Special projects such as Holiday Shows, Sales Meetings and SDA Roadshows
- Ensure consistency of brand message across multiple channels and points of purchase while driving a powerful brand narrative story.
- Provide cross functional team with timely communications, project estimates and detailed timelines upon receipt of brand briefs and project initiation.
- Manage approval process of graphic elements with cross functional team, inclusive of legal review, MRB and SMR
- Create and manage communication materials related to in-store merchandising displays to ensure ease of sell in, ordering process and consistent in-store execution ie: Retail Set Up instructions; Carton Copy; POS Sell Sheets; In-store Merchandising Catalog; Presentation tools.
- Generate annual timelines for Seasonal Event and Standard POS items.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and current trends in visual arts and merchandising
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Sound knowledge and understanding of shelf, fixtures, display materials and the retail space to facilitate the development and procurement of in-store merchandising displays.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate ideas, have flexibility of vision, be responsive to creative input and have strong visual sensibilities.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment with efficiency and accuracy.
- Practical experience with procurement, estimating and managing budgets
- Ability to learn, retain and utilize information in a fast paced, ever evolving environment
- Travel as needed to actively participate in SDA Roadshows, store and depot visits, vendor visits and press approvals.
