Job Description:
The general responsibilities of the Purchasing Analyst include creation, revision, and closing of purchase orders.
Responsibilities:
* Daily creation of purchase orders and requisitions.
* Modifying/ changing purchase orders and requisitions.
* Releasing purchase orders into production for use by the client.
* Daily reporting of production #'s.
* Assistance with other reporting.
* Contract revision and analysis.
* Outstanding customer service.
* Ad-Hoc projects and requests as needed such as large PO deletion projects.
* Working tickets in Zendesk ticketing system achieving prompt resolution.
* Following-up on and closing open items such as Zendesk tickets on hold, or PO's on hold.
* Assisting client with ad-hoc requests as needed.
Required Skills/Competencies:
* Fast learner
* Effective, Professional, & Clear Communication
* Positive attitude and career oriented
* Strong Excel Skills (Macros not necessary)
* Strong customer service orientation
* Attention to detail
* Collaborative Team player
* Supportive of LS missions & goals
* Willing to learn and try new things
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience working with various systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
