PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial staffing firm, is seeking a Staff Accountant for a Merced healthcare facility. This is open for a permanent position with pay starting at $17.00/hour.

Staff Accountant – Merced

Job Duties:

As the Staff Accountant you will report to the Controller. As the Staff Accountant you will be tasked with the following daily but not limited:

Preform various complex accounting analyses and reconciliation

Reconciles the general operating account and payroll bank statements

Enters the cash journals into the General Ledger

Assist the Financial Analyst with all grant applications budgets

Coordinates and maintains miscellaneous grant billings and reports

Complex grant expense reports

Assist with month-end closing

Journal entries

Back up to payroll clerk

Maintains best fixed assets systems

Staff Accountant – Merced

Job Requirements :

BA in Accounting/Finance

3+ years’ experience in Accounting

Advanced knowledge for MS Word and MS Excel
