POSITION
New position, interviewing now: Dashed is adding a new position to our Boston-based Operations team to oversee the quality of our customer experience. Our Field Captains will be on the road during peak hours to oversee a smooth operation & complete customer satisfaction. Our Field Captains are our ultimate quality assurance guards, resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership & managerial experience
- 1-2 years of hospitality experience
- Professionalism at all times
- Ability to remain calm under stress & flourish in a high pace environment
- Must have own car
This is NOT an office job. It takes place in the field, on the road, during peak hours, between 5-9pm. You will earn a minimum of $20/hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve restaurant-related & driver field errors to complete guest satisfaction
Ensure driver staff is in uniform with delivery bags at all times
Complete restaurant pick-ups & deliveries during peak order volume as needed
